- Returns online
ROCKY+LUELLA is happy to accept exchanges or returns on online orders within 14 days of purchase. All apparel returns must be unwashed and unworn. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us at email@example.com to process your return prior to shipping item back. All refunds will be returned to your original mode of payment once your return is received.
Please make sure to get a tracking number for any returns you are shipping back to us. We cannot process a refund unless we receive the item.
- Returns in-store
ROCKY+LUELLA will refund or exchange any returns made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or receipt #. Returns made after 14 days but before 21 days after purchase will receive store credit. Returns made after 21 days after purchase will not be accepted. All apparel returns must be unwashed and unworn.
Refunds will be made back to your original method of payment.
Please note that we are only open on weekends. If you cannot make it into the shop during our open hours, we're happy to receive your return by mail. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning by mail.
- Returns of damaged goods
We take a lot of care making sure everything we sell is free from defects or damage, but occasionally accidents happen in transit. If an item you purchased arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. If available we will send a replacement at no charge. If item is out of stock, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
